About Face or Marching Papers

Turn away from Facebook 70 million people in the United States alone have lost their virginity on Facebook giving it up easy just lusting to be like by someone .People are giving their privacy virginity to anybody, and once you lose it, you’ll never get it back ,its gone forever the hedge of protection covering you is gone. Post something on Facebook and you will be exposed no more hiding your images and your text has been placed into cyberspace for infinity. You cannot recovery your privacy retroactively! Facebook recently sent me a letter regarding how they took my virginity ; “privacy virginity” placing my profile picture and text in ads without my permission and only has offered me $10.00 to date for breaching my privacy rights. See ANGEL FRALEY V. FACEBOOK, INC.
Facebook is a new social phenomenon in Social Networking that harms people by destroying their privacy, which traps the unwary person in its crosshairs and is a direct and proximate cause of a rash of people being fired from their place of employment. People are unable to discern what is private, personal and public have no understanding how to make this critical juxtaposition to post or not to post. Take for example the recent case, involving Facebook; An Applebee’s waitress was fired for posting customer comment online. Suddenly all your casual conversation is public not private anymore nothing is personal, there are no Victoria secrets. People cannot decipher what’s public what’s private you must protect yourself at all times your employer is watching you. The risk is too great if you’re employed for E-gossip. So the questions is does privacy on Facebook really exist? The answer is no, there is no such thing as privacy on Facebook , your mother , dad, employer , child support agency , divorce lawyers , police, pastor , and civil lawyers are watching and reading everything put on Facebook, while Facebook organizes, uses, and disseminates your allege private information to its affiliate’s through its powerful social networking machinery .Turn away from Facebook if you are employed, turn away from Facebook if you are a prospective employee, before you have given your private personal information away freely. Certainly for sure your Employer will see all your Facebook post. Employers go to Facebook on a mission to seek and destroy your privacy. Cease and desist that Facebook post people.

Aint No Fun When The Rabbit Get The Gun

Aint No Fun When The Rabbit Get The Gun

1. A politician is a person who will twist the truth  just to get elected to office.  Disappointedly I have not meet an honest  one thus far, as they must lie, conceal the truth,  hide their past,  and mislead others ,they are simply put , well trained liars . Most often they are former attorneys, prosecutors, city council persons, with plenty of experience in lying. Take For example when a person is given a traffic citation by the city of Cleveland, he is fighting the state of Ohio. The City of Cleveland, the Judge, and the prosecutor, who all are against him, and if he is appointed a public defender he is paid by the same people prosecuting  him and he does lie to you , he is only going to help him plead guilty, or no contest which is an admission of guilt. Do you really think he going to risk his job for you, all these people eat lunch together. They all begin this training in local state government so not a one of them can get to the national stage without playing the lying game, police officers  are trained to lie  by these Politian’s ; this is so prevalent a word has been coined for it called (testilying). Attorneys, judges, and Politian’s have a code of honor of sworn secrecy. Any lawyer or Politian’s who does not adhere to the program is blacklisted. They all have a term that allows them to get away with lying. (“in artfully”).

2. The Political Movement of the Tea Party has engulfed American politics protesting the ever increasing tax rates on its citizens. The moment was born in 2009 not long after President Barack Obama took office and he and House Democrats passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 without any votes from republicans. This act lacked bipartisanship which outraged many conservatives provoking them .Republicans, began an effort to make this lack of bipartisanship public, but was unable to find media outlets willing to cover the story. Disappointedly this shed some light on the conservatives suspicious that the media outlets were operated and mostly controlled by liberals. This was the start of a new political movement whose main focus and mission is taxation which gives rise to the party’s name. The Tea Party movement has shown no signs of slowing down yet.

Taxes on people are taking 50% of their  income Uncle Sam is getting greedy , “Pigs Get Fat , Hogs Get Slaughtered “ It’s getting worse American wage earners citizens now pay income tax, social security tax, FICA tax, unemployment tax, local tax, state tax, federal tax , excise tax on gas, sewer tax , property tax, sales tax on food, clothes, cigarettes , pop, beer, wine, tickets, hotels , and cell phones .These taxes represent  about 50% of wage earners personal incomes  going to government; do your math people . The Tea Party movement has emerged as fixture in American politics because Americans taxes are too damn high!

3. The current legislative bodies is close to gun limits, as tighter weapons law passes Senate, Assembly with bipartisan support in New York .The problem is everyone here is sort of grandstanding New York already had in place some of the toughest gun control laws in the country and that has done little or nothing to curb gun violence in the state or around the nation. “The legislation would close what the Gov.  Mr. Cuomo has called loopholes in the ban, including a provision that allows what it deems assault weapons made before 1994 to be sold. The state currently bans ammunition magazines larger than 10 bullets, except on weapons made before 1994. The legislation would also expand background checks for most gun owners and require them to renew their license every five years, among other things.” while it may be seen as a local victory against guns of sorts , are nation as a whole is in trouble we need a unified federal law to past if anything., which essential means we must change the Constitution of the United States that gives citizens a right to bear arms. You see the bigger problem is the government is so corrupt people don’t trust its lawmakers, Just look at Libya, Drones, high gas prices, food prices, government policies on farming industry people are afraid and need to protect themselves so gun purchases are at an all-time high .The American people are not stupid, “aint no fun when the rabbit gets the gun.”

4.Specific Political Crime or Corruption comes from our local government in the city Cleveland ,Ohio ‘s Cuyahoga County corruption probe involving some political heavyweights  like former Cuyahoga County Auditor Mr. Frank Russo , former Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Bridget McCafferty , Former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora , who has been made in famous for announcing he has done nothing more than any other Politian’s are  in office doing, his statement suggest that the corruption is pervasive and everywhere in the city government . He may have just hit the nail on the head in Cleveland as the city is mired in political scandal, crime, and corruption. Such statements are supported by the numbers of individuals caught in the FBI dragnet and crosshairs in one single investigation. Nearly 50 defendants have pleaded guilty or have been convicted in the corruption probe.  Moreover the city seems to be no more than a catch basin and cesspool for attracting dirty Politian’s. Accordingly the corruption net has been cast deep and wide Jimmy Dimora may just be right about politicians. The city government is not trust worthy.Honorable Mention goes to Mr. Jeff Johnson city councilman who was convicted of a felony for extorting  a local Arab grocery vendor out of money, who was ripping off poor people’s food stamps, and Jeff wanted his share of the pie, after being sworn to protect his citizens in his ward in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Jeff Johnson has been restored as council man .Yipes!

“UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL

“UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL”
The last national election just shows how polarized and divided we are as a nation .Our great nation is dividing right down the Mason Dixion line Strong conflicts between rich and poor deep division between politicians on taxes and roles of government, could lead to civil unrest. The gridlock and partisan polarization and protection of each party’s status quo has the White House embroiled in an epic battle for power mongers. The American people are frustrated. Many polls show confidence in Congress is low we are in a situation which nobody clearly has the advantage or emerges a clear winner.
This split between the democrats and republican belie the assertion by both sides to get any meaningful legislation passed in the next four years in a non-partisan manner. So the question is “which weighs more, a ton of feathers, or a ton of bricks”? Answer, they both weigh the same.
“ A new Pew Research Center survey finds that 58% of adults say there are “very strong” or “strong” conflicts between the rich and the poor, down from 66% in 2011. The proportions that see major conflicts between immigrants and the native born as well as between young people and older adults also declined. At the same time, eight-in-ten Americans say there are serious conflicts between Republicans and Democrats.”
The White House is rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The new freshman classes of senators and congressional members have not changed much. The economy is already sinking and they are trying to keep the news from the passengers. On Top of that the gridlock on economic, taxes, and fiscal policy will cause an economic tsunami to hit American. The Federal Reserve has debased the currency and the existing taxpayers are shouldering the burden for generations to come. “I firmly expect that the Dollar will in time cease to circulate as currency. It has already been seriously debased, and what’s even worse, this debasement continues.” The net effect of the results of this year’s national election will cause America to drown in the sea of partisan politics.” “Federal Reserve Nightmare – Dollar Depreciation and the Stock Market.” Federal Reserve Nightmare – Dollar Depreciation and the Stock Market. Dear Jerry Sue Thornton, Ph.D.:
This letter is to inform you about my horrible experience as a full-time college student at Tri C’s Metropolitan campus. On ,and about Tuesday , October 23, 2012 between the hours of 3: 00 pm and 3:30 pm I was stopped by the Cuyahoga Community College Police Department accused of being a potential suspect for an allege purse snatching on campus.
What happened next was shockingly disturbing especially in light of the fact I complied with each and every command given to me by police officers, obeying to the letter each directive from them. However while in a total submissive state both physically, and mentally things quickly got out of hand. And I was forced to endure lethal blows of injustices such as my Civil Rights being violated, antagonistic verbal abuse, unnecessary use of force, unlawful search and seizure without probable cause, short arrest, detention, taking of my property both tangible and intangible all as a direct and proximate cause as an result of the actions and/or inactions of the Cuyahoga Community College Police Department and its officers.
In a purposeful effort not to conflate the facts and issues concerning these crucial matters I have left out details which can be reviewed by official original complaint filed on Wednesday October 24, 2012 in the Office of Student Affairs. However most disturbing and disappointing is the direction the complaint process has taken. I was told the second step was a conference with the Chief of Police both by Angela Odom of Student Affairs, and Brenda Payne Riley Director of Counseling as both these individuals displayed professionalism and expert knowledge about the complaint process. However that meeting with the Chief of Police has not happen as of yet, nor have I receive any communication from that office. I thought the process was a fiat, maybe I am wrong but that meeting was prevaricated, and I was invited to meet with a police officer by the name of Detective Lane, detectives normally solve crimes, by investigations. This is radical shift from what I was initially told and has lead me to believe the process is not totally reliable. I further believe I have exhausted Cuyahoga Community College’s Administrative remedies. And this will be my last attempt to seeking a resolution visa via this campus. I am further requesting a full written report from police department of this stop, along with names and ranks and official duties of all officers present during the stop. (With emphasis on all officers.).
Further I would like to request a meeting to express my other concerns regarding my feelings while on campus and whether or not the campus can cure my feelings that I am experiencing such as but not limited to the creation of a hostile environment. You see I have not returned to the lunch room since because I am too embarrassed and shameful as the loss of my reputation is hard to recovery retroactively. News of the incident is being spread by lunch room employees who have done nothing wrong ,but just reporting what they saw to others , however its one sided, a third party reported to me they heard people talking about it, saying the police always does that to people around here.
Needless to say, I remain quite frustrated. Nobody to this point has any solutions. I expected a much higher level of care and attention to the matters at hand, and plan on taking my concerns public and to another forum for results.
Sincerely,
Kenneth S. Taylor
