See ANGEL FRALEY V. FACEBOOK, INC.
Facebook is a new social phenomenon in Social Networking that harms people by destroying their privacy, which traps the unwary person in its crosshairs and is a direct and proximate cause of a rash of people being fired from their place of employment. People are unable to discern what is private, personal and public have no understanding how to make this critical juxtaposition to post or not to post.
